Über das Event
Manuel Löffler is a team development and leadership consultant. He works with individuals and groups to make sure they don’t waste time, resources or people’s potential. Born in Germany, he studied and worked abroad and worked from small businesses, NGOs, universities to big corporates.
He has a background in environmental sciences, circular economy, application counselling, human resources and organizational development.
This workshop is a great opportunity to check your job-readiness and improve your skills to get jobs successfully. Employability is more than just getting your „first“ job. The term encompasses all your abilities, knowledge and skills that make you ‚job-fit‘ (hard and soft skills) – and stay job-fit once you have a job.
This workshop is divided into 2 parts, please make sure that you can attend BOTH dates!
Part 1: April 24 th - 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. - in person training
Part 2: Mai 6 th - 11 a.m. until 2. p.m. - online
In this workshop you will learn and apply skills to increase your job seeking success in Germany
Topics: employability, skills inventory and application, collaboration / team skills, selfleadership,
intrapreneurship, interview training
Learning objectives:
1. Students can improve their reflection skills as well as receiving and giving feedback
2. Students can strengthen their verbal and non-verbal communication skills
3. Students get the chance to improve their critical thinking and collaboration skills
4. Students can take ownership and responsibility around their employability
